Fabric does not allow the skin to breathe, which can cause irritations, depending on the quality of the fabric. But even the best quality fabric, still restricts breathing to some extent. We wear clothes— for many reasons— during the day, but the night provides us with the hours we need to wear nothing and also have nothing to worry about.

The clothes we wear at night often block the blood circulation in the joints. Sleeping without anything pressing on veins and arteries is one of the benefits of nighttime nudism.

According to information from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, body temperature drops as we sink into deep sleep. Wearing clothes (and my triple-layered blankets...) prevents this decrease in temperature and disrupts your sleep.

I've left the best for last. Sleeping without clothes can also be the best aphrodisiac for the person who lays next to you. It's not hard to see why this happens (pun intended), but have we ever truly thought about how simple (and fun— let’s not forget that) it can become?
