Easy carrot Mug-cake

We 've settled that. Mug cakes are a necessity - or even more an obsession- of any girl that is always on the run. After completing successfully -or less succesfully, we are not judging here!- a busy day,it's always nice to reward ourselves. This carrot mug-cake is here to do exactly that, in an easy, fast way!

 

Just fill each mug you need with the ingredients bellow! 

-1/4 of the mug, flour 

-1/4 of the mug, milk

-1 tablespoon of brown sugar

-1 tablespoon of melted butter

-2 tablespoon of grated carrot

-1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

-1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg

-1/4 teaspoon of baking powder

After you've added all the ingredients in the mugs, mix them thoroughtly and put them in the microwave for 90 seconds. After they are cold, you can add whipped cream and sprinkle some more cinammon on it!
