Enjoy a forest spa at home!

 


It's the month of love and we've have to aggree that first and most, our biggest love should be ourself - not in a narcissistic way of course! We have to make sure we love the soul and we love the body we live in, before going on to share this love with another person too. And the spa series are here to contribute to this. It's always a good idea to visit a spa, but when there's no time -or no funds- you can perfectly enjoy some selfcare at home, too!



1. The ambience.

First things first we 've got to create the calming ambience of a forest. Dim yout lights, and even better try some dim green light (LEDS are available everywhere!) Create a calming playlist with songs mixed with forest sounds, and warm some pine essential oil, for the perfect forest scent.

2. The tub

 Fill your tub with warm water and add a salt bomb with scents such as pine, lemongrass and cedar to promote relaxation and soothe your muscles.



3. The relaxation 

 Once in the bath, close your eyes, take slow, deep breaths, and focus on the sensation of the warm water. Perhaps you could picture yourself diving in a warm forest lake.  Let go of any tension with each exhale.

4. The glow up

Caring about skin and hair is also essential, so try on some beauty masks while you soak in the warm water.
